EXPLORING THE WORLD OF CANNABIS THROUGH CUISINE
We are hosting our first ever cannabis themed dinner this spring, on the evening of April 20, or 4/20, the annual weed “holiday” long celebrated internationally.
Our culinary team is excited to take on this challenge and the education, not to mention the delight of doing so. Our times are a changin’. We could all use a little relaxation and a little community too.
Dinner will include a four-course tasting menu of Meritage cuisine enhanced with cannabis in a variety of fun and interesting ways. Menu selections include Ribbons of Tuna & Salmon with a “Thai Stick” Vinaigrette, Cannabis Dusted Chicken Ballottine, Warm Vanilla Cake, and more.
A full menu of THC beverages from local producers will also be available. We believe in serving, by the ounce, much like wine - so you have the opportunity to explore. Our specially curated THC beverage menu will be available a la carte.
$75 per person.
All guests must be 21 years or older.
Please be aware, this evening also falls on another holiday this year.
Full Easter brunch will be served that day from 10am-2:45pm
