Line Cook - Experienced Position - Full Time
We are seeking strong candidates to help complete our line. Must have experience (strong preference given to candidates with chef-driven backgrounds). Successful applicants will also possess the following:

  • comfort and familiarity with culinary skills
    (we are not a kitchen to cut your teeth in)
  • autonomous working ability and a self-starter
  • a real interest in working in an independent chef-driven environment
  • desire to continue learning with a recognition that when you're good you always are
  • a real interest in food and passion for the job

Line Cook - Entry Level Position
- part-time/full-time dependent upon applicant/ability

Perfect position for a recent culinary school graduate who would like to start earning stripes in a Chef-driven kitchen. A position for someone who is earnest and hungry to learn, but also must possess some social skills has a professional appearance and attitude.

Service Assistant
Perfect position for a server looking to join the ranks of a competitive, educational, fine dining/urbane buzzy restaurant, but whose experience just isn't meeting our base requirements. We believe in building staff from within, and as we transition the growth of some of our staff and are looking for new, energetic, interested, budding-food-type of applicants to start their development with us.

  • able to take direction, but who is also a self-starter and can work autonomously
  • is considering the service industry for a career choice and wants a professional environment
  • desire to learn
  • a real interest in food and wine

Server - Minimum of 3 shifts per week, open availability always preferred<br>
We have very high standards for our servers and require a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a chef-driven or fine dining atmosphere. Successful applicants will also possess the following:

  • comfort and familiarity with basic wine knowledge, preference given to those with extensive knowledge/training
  • autonomous, mature, working ability and a self-starter
    (we prefer to hire people who look at serving as a career choice)
  • a real interest in working in an independent chef-driven environment, and a knowledge of fine dining service standards
  • a real interest in food and passion for the job

Valet - part-time
Perfect position for a student, military vet, former delivery driver, or someone who is comfortable in automobiles, with a clean driving record, who can drive a manual transmission, and is interested in being around a fun place with great guests.
Experienced Valets given strong preference. Successful applicants:

  • possess some social skills has a professional appearance and attitude
  • are able to occupy time reading/studying/ minding the needs of our guests during the lull between rushes
  • must feel comfortable driving nice vehicles and have an appreciation of hospitality
  • recognize that they are the first and last impression that we make with all of our guests
